How does IPL work ?

What's IPL SHR  ?
IPL SHR (Super hair removal) is not like the traditional IPL hair removal to use single pulse to heat up the hair follicle. It is use high frequency 8Hz but with low energy which accumulate to reach the energy required to remove hair. Which use special 690~950nm SHR filter to make sure the safety treatment.
